Introduction Welcome to FinEd4us! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) is a legal agreement between you and SeaPea I LLC, doing business as FinEd4us, and governs your use of our mobile app and related services, whether you are using the free or paid subscription version.

If you are under the age of 13, you must obtain parental consent to use the app. If you are a parent or guardian, you must supervise your child’s use of the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• Offensive content
• Hacking or manipulation

13. Privacy and Data Collection
